Andrea has been an attorney with Geraghty, O’Loughlin & Kenney since 2008. She defends healthcare providers and entities in medical malpractice matters in Minnesota and Wisconsin and in Civil Rights actions in federal court.  Andrea also defends healthcare providers before their respective professional licensing boards.

Andrea advises healthcare entities and providers on health, employment, business, premises liability, and HIPAA-related legal issues. She has a special interest in HIPAA, particularly the HIPAA Security Rule and its implication for legal business associates.

Andrea is a registered nurse and worked as a behavioral health nurse prior to becoming an attorney.
