Chuck’s current practice areas include professional liability defense, medical malpractice defense, and professional licensing defense. He also speaks to healthcare groups regarding professional licensing and litigation issues.

Prior to joining Geraghty, O’Loughlin & Kenney in 2005, Chuck practiced in the areas of professional liability defense, medical malpractice defense, professional licensing defense, products liability defense, insurance coverage, and general civil litigation. He also served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Timothy Bloomquist, former Chief Judge of the Minnesota Tenth Judicial District.
