Michelle defends healthcare providers and entities in medical malpractice matters in both state and federal court in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota. In the past four years, Michelle has tried 13 cases to a jury and one to an administrative law judge, successfully defending against nearly $150 million in claims.

Michelle also represents clients before professional licensing boards and other state administrative agencies in administrative investigations and prosecutions.
