Career Overview

Tracy represents healthcare and other professionals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has been the lead counsel in several trials, appeals, and licensing board matters. Tracy also advises healthcare providers and entities regarding premises liability, credentialing, and HIPAA-related issues.

In 2023, Tracy was invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

In addition to her legal practice, Tracy occasionally teaches the legal and ethical aspects of health law to undergraduate students at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
